Phone screen flashing

So you know that black screen that shows up whenever you tap the screen once on phones like Samsung Galaxy A32? Whenever I turn on my phone in that state, around 1/3rd of my screen(from top to just a bit below the spot that displays the time) flashes a bit for some reason. And at times when I turn it off, I can see a white line running across the screen for a split second. Both of these only show up for a very brief moment and doesn't show up anywhere else outside of being turned on and off.

I don't know if this is new or something I just noticed, but what the heck is wrong with this thing?

Can you take a video of it happening and show it? It works best if you upload the video to some site like YouTube and then share the link here.

Does this also happen in Safe Mode? https://www.t-mobile.com/support/de...he Power, until the device finishes restarting.

Apparently it either stopped happening or its incredibly hard to notice when you're not in a completely dark room. Since its already morning and there's no area in the house that can be pitch black at this time of the day, I can't record it.

But to describe, the first one was that 1/3rd of my screen just kinda flashes slightly brighter than usual when I open it with the black screen already on. As for the second, like I said, there's a white horizontal line that flashes when I turn off the screen(happens before the screen actually turns off), and it does not have a fixed position on where it would appear, but its always horizontal.

Edit: managed to find a dark spot, but neither problem can be captured on cam. It still happens, it just isn't visible when being recorded.
