Phone screen is out. Need help transferring data to new phone

I have a Note 10+ with the screen completely out. I have tried multiple methods of transferring data and all of which require some kind of use of the broken phone which negates the process. I took it to a UbreakIfix place and they transferred roughly 90% of the data but there are still a few things I need off the old phone. Time is of the essence as I have to mail the broken phone back to Samsung.

Is there a way I can access my phone's files on PC without having to click or accept something on the phone?

You can try log into find my Samsung device web browser sign in with your Samsung account see if you can do a back up
