Phone screen just went black white flashing light

[Android Central Question]

I have a moto E5 Cruise not even a month old very careful with it having dropped it hasn't gotten wet...I had set my phone down and that the screen had not timed out yet it wasn't long enough and I see the screen go black and I tried to power back on and it won't power on I plug it into the charger and a white light flashes every once in awhile up in the left corner sometimes it will and sometimes it won't but it will not no matter what power on and we took the battery out and put it in a different E5 cruise and it says the battery is at 89% and it turn that phone on but when I first got this phone it had a glitch with Google so I didn't know if maybe if it was internal but I have cricket and hopefully somebody out there can help me is cricket wireless isn't so great in that department

It sounds like you may need to do a warranty return, or ask for a replacement if it’s a contract phone.
