Phone seems to have been hacked and is being controlled remotely

I have a huawei honor 7 whenever i turn my phone on and go to put in my pincode other digits are being pressed at the same time. When i manage to gain access apps are being opened and closed and photos are being selected, then when i go to power off that screen is being closed as fast as i can open it, ive just had to stop things from being deleted or sent and eventually turned the power off. So i'm pretty certain my phone has been hacked and is being controlled remotely. Can any please advise what my best course of action is?

Don't think only it as a Hack. Your phone might have some problem with the touch. Try to test your touch, I'm not sure ##147852 this might go to test mode.
And uninstall unwanted apps . If you think it's hacking should be present in widgets uninstall widgets with the help of application manager. even if you feel the same restore your mobile. Hacking is easy if your mobile is rooted .

One way to test is to stop the data connections. If it stops, then it is remotely access. If it does not, then the problem is with the phone.
