Phone shutting off while charging.

I found a few threads similar to this, but not exactly.

I just updated my SGS2 on ATT to 4.1. Now when i plug my charger in (to a computer) It shuts itself off, then when i unplug it, it turns itself back on. If i plug it in and unplug it quickly it wont turn it back on, i have to hit the power button. I have came up empty with searching for the same problem, and i cant find any settings that are doing this. Any help is appreciated.
