Phone sound doesn't work properly until cache is emptied?

I have a Samsung S7 Edge and recently I've noticed that I've had to empty my cache at least once a day. When I do it clears about 1gb. The problem is that before my cache is emptied, I've noticed that my notifications/messages/alarms dont make a sound, and YouTube videos dont play and i get an error message. Also facebook videos dont play or load. But once i empty the cache, everything works fine again for a few hours until it happens again. Any ideas on whats going on and how to fix it?

Welcome to the forums. That's very strange. Maybe there's some app misbehaving in the background. How do you clear cache, from the storage settings or using a cleaner app? If you have any cleaner or ram/battery booster app I would start disabling it temporarily, clearing cache from the settings and see if the problem persists after you restart the phone.
