Only phone I seen that you can do that in its settings is my iPhone, you might have to search a app or dig around on Google for that

I've looked at the apps available in the Play Store. There are many but they all seem to affect all sound. I only want the call speaker to be on all the time. If I remember correctly, my samsung galaxy s5 had an app that only affects the phone speaker but I can't find it now. Thanks again for your help.

I've already done that. It always seems like I'm too fussy and reluctant to do the workaround and quit being lazy.

I assume that you mean you want the call to automatically be routed to the Speakerphone? You can probably use something like Tasker https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.dinglisch.android.taskerm to trigger that.

Thanks. This sounds like a perfect solution for what I want to do. My pixel 3 is working perfectly. Are there any users out there that use Tasker. Has anyone experienced any problems with its use?
