Phone speaks to me while in Internet Browser.. how to deactivate?

Hi guys,

The phone starts saying things like "Loading complete" when I am on the normal Internet browser. How do I get rid of this? I looked everywhere but I cannot find the option to disable it.

Did you activate the TalkBack feature in Accessibility Options? Also, if you have programs that have Accessibility services running, they might be triggering the TalkBack feature if you're using TouchWiz as your default launcher (it's a bug with TouchWiz, switching launchers gets rid of it)
