Phone storage space is getting low. How can I free up space?

Phone storage space is getting low.

I have an LG-VS410PP

I keep getting the phone storage is low message.

In Settings/Storage I see.......

Internal memory
Total Space
2.00GB
Available Space
1.95GB

SD Card
Total Space
14.83GB
Available Space
14.83GB

System Memory
Available Space
79.38MB

I have 6 photos on the phone.


I have added 6 apps over and above what came with the phone.

In Settings/Applications/Manage Applications
I have "Moved to internal memory" any and all apps that allow it.

I delete all text messages and spam and trash files.

Why do I get the full message?
