Phone stuck at 'Choose a device' screen

I've had Android Wear installed and working since it came out in July with both the LG and Samsung watches.

I had to do a factory reset of my S5 today, and after reinstalling latest version of Android Wear, it's not working.

It's just stuck on the 'Choose a device' screen, not showing any of the watches (bluetooth is one, as are both watches)

I've tried installing Android Wear today on my One Plus One, and same issue.

Any ideas?
