I have a Galaxy Nexus from Bell Canada, never manually updated, not modified in any way, on 4.0.2 patiently waiting for JB.
Today morning an OTA update has downloaded. After downloading and update and rebooting, the phone immediately becomes stuck on 'Google' logo. Tried this 2 times, first time it was 30 min, second - 1.5 hours. Pulling the battery allows it to boot but returns it to 4.0.2, so the upgrade has not even started.
Bell and Samsung Canada support are useless. Several calls, different answers, do not even attempt to debug the problem.
Right now Nexus downloaded the OS update again. Is there anything I can do to figure out what the problem is and make it work? Factory reset? Install some kind of logging app?
Trying to do hard reset, I can't enter Recovery Mode either - the phone is again stuck on Google logo.
