Phone Stuck in Infinite bootloop.

So to start off with my aunt gave me this phone cause she forgot her password code for it and had no use or way to unlock it. i started tinking around with the phone and found the boot menu and i went to recovery and went to wipe and accidently wiped all. idk wht it did what i was following a hard reset tut.

phone now gets stuck at htc evo 4g white screen somtimes loads past but then a black screen with a blue android just flashs.

when i go to my boot menu it says this.

*** UNLOCKED *** (in pink highlighted)

Please help :O i really like this phone if itw would turn on

I would reflash the rom in recovery and beings your s-on you might need to flash the boot.img also
 
With what rom? i cant find a stock one. im really new at this.:/ thanks alot tho for your help i appreciate it Also whats the unlocked part mean thats highlighted in pink

when you unlock the bootloader that allows you to install a custom recovery which that allows you to flash custom roms and mods, if you want to stay stock but with root you can flash superuser and that allows you to access the system files
 
If you want to just keep it stock and make it simple, just relock the bootloader and run an RUU that matches the HBOOT numbers.
