Phone stuck on Boot Animation

Restarted my phone and now it's stuck on the Thunderbolt animation. Any ideas on how to fix this??

2) flash a new kernel?
3) flash a new ROM?
4) flash a new Radio?

sorry shoulda mentioned. Yes it's rooted. Running Bamf 1.7 remix.

same thing happened to me on stock os. i just did a factory reset. which sucked but it worked.

battery pull, boot to bootloader with power and volume down held together, select recovery and press power - restore a Nandroid backup in recovery mode if you have one. If you dont have one, you should, but what you can do is wipe data, wipe cache, and wipe dalvik and install a rom over again.
