phone stuck

My OnePlus 6 is stuck in vibration mode how do I fix it can't receive calls only vibrates.

Welcome to Android Central! If the phone is in Vibrate Mode, you should still be able to receive calls -- you just won't hear the ringtone. Are you saying that calls don't even come through?
