Phone Suddenly is narrating my folder opening

So I updated today, and now my phone tells me every time i open or close a folder. How do I shut this off?

It sounds like "Talkback" has been activated. Go to Menu>System settings>Accessibility>Services> Talkback
Make sure it is turned OFF.

Light Flow or some other app has turned on some Accessibility options. Try disabling Power Controls.

Settings > Accessibility > Power Controls > turn Power Controls OFF

I accidentally turned on mine while taking a screenshot, when I read the web about it all I can find is Windows Phone nothing about Huawei Ascend, My Accessibility doesn't have those options either, Power + Volume up or vice versa doesn't work either.. I don't know what to do >~<

You accidentally turned on Driving mode or Accessibility? They get turned off in different ways, so we need to know which.
