Phone switchs off at 68%

My Galaxy Note 4 when battery is still 68% full suddenly turns off power
I tried with another battery and turns off at 58% but once I plug it displays 38% full
I think this happens since last sofware update
What could be happening?someone else has same issue?
Could be problem from the batteries?I almost allways use phone when charging as if not charging and make a heavy use of it in just 1 hour battery was off long ago

The note 4 seems to chew through batteries and many users report powering off when battery is between 20 and 70%.. just a guess there..
If both batteries are old then try a new one. With it happening on 2 batteries it could be a phone issue but if both batteries are old then go for a new battery first.

Wipe cache partition. My coworkers phone did this also after it updated to Marshmellow (died at 70%). I wiped his cache partition and now his phone is normal again.
