Phone wakes up in pocket

Haven't had my galaxy 5 for long but it seems to frequently wake up when in my pocket. Anyone else have this issue and any ideas how to stop, prevent or fix this.

IIRC one of the suggestions is to have a Pattern Lock. I didn't read the entire thread, I don't use Lock Screens and learned to put up with it.

Check to see if you have Air Wake Up on. Menu, settings, accessibility, dexterity and interaction, AIR WAKE UP.
