So I have a Samsung Galaxy K-Zoom on 4.4.2 and has been great over the past 3 years.
I am with o2 and have started to encounter problems.
1) After a phone call or disconnecting from a wifi network I couldn't use mobile data, I would have to put my phone on flight mode then come back of it again to be able to use mobile data.
2) This recently got worse to the point where I was having to restart my phone to get it to reconnect.
3) Again this got even worse to the point that it stopped even connecting to recieve phone calls.
...) o2 assured me when I had issue number one that this was not their issue.
4) Fast forward to last week and I got a new sim from them, which worked without a hitch for 3 days.
5) The problem came back having to restart after a phone call but now joined with the issue of my phone not remembering any wifi that I connect to, I have to re-type the password everytime I get home which is now even more annoying.
The issues started out of the blue not even a day or two after installing any new apps just completely random.
I don't know if it is sim card issues causing it or not but it seems related.
Any help would be highly appreciated as I don't want to get or new phone and don't really want to factory reset.
