Phone will not Root!

Followed QBkings video perfectly with the command prompt saying everything failed.
Followed Zedomax's video perfectly and everything failed.

Pretty new to rooting but I know how to follow step by steps and nothing works. Only two videos I've tried and honestly trust.

Help???

or is there any roms worth flashing like Stock ICS or Jelly Bean?

First, check to see which software version you are on: Settings -> About -> Software version.
If you are on the 1.22 update, those rooting methods will not work. The only way to get root right now on that version is to follow the process outlined here.

As far as stock ICS/Jelly Bean ROMs, CM9 is available but not quite fully functional. You can check it out here on XDA.

The most fully-functional, closest to stock ROM is Newboy's CleanROM. I've been bouncing between it and MeanROM, and I really like both of them.
