Alright I'm new on this site and I'm not one to post on forums so if I'm in the wrong area, brief me.
Anyway I carry a Galaxy s4 with Sprint and for some reason my phone froze on me while I was playing a game on it and I'm having trouble rebooting the phone or turning it on in general. The screen would not turn off for some particular reason for a long time and it finally shut it self off. So I tried to turn it on with the power button and it gave me nothing. It acts as if its glitching itself to start up. The only way I can see the phone actually working or trying to reboot itself is when I remove the battery for a few seconds and put it back in place. The screen will illuminate "Samsung Galaxy s4" for a few seconds and the screen will black out. I looked all over the internet for a solution and I can't find anything with my certain problem. I've tried pressing all 3 buttons. I've tried charging it but it will not charge at all. I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in and then putting the charger port and it'll illuminate the empty battery display but shut off after a few seconds. I've also tried resetting holding the 3 buttons as well as holding them for a extended period of time. So, if any of you geniuses have a theory or know the exact problem with my phone, please let me know.
