Phone will not turn on

My Maxx frooze up this morning so I shut if off to reboot but it will not turn on now. Any thoughts?

Have you tried a soft reset? Press and hold the power button and the volume down button at the same time, for at least 10 seconds.

did that work? if not plug it into the stock charger for a few hours and see if the battery icon lights up, might have run the battery down while frozen...
