Phone won't boot up. But warranty voided due to cracked camera glass?

My LG G5's camera glass broke several months ago. The phone has been working fine but a couple of days ago the screen completely froze and would not turn off. I pulled the battery out and put it back in, and the phone will not boot up. I have an external charger with extra battery and it's not booting up with that battery, either. The phone appears to be totally non-functional. The phone is under a 1 year warranty through LG, but it has cracked camera glass. LG told me over the phone that cracked camera glass voids the warranty. What can I do? Can I buy one of the $5 camera glass replacements on Amazon, replace the glass myself, and then send it in to LG for warranty repair? Or will LG not honor the warranty because the phone has after-market camera glass? Would they even notice I replaced the camera glass? What are my options?
Thanks!

Sorry -- I don't have a direct answer for you about warranty. But have you already tried pressing and holding Power for about 20 seconds?

Yes, I tried that. Sometimes it vibrates for a second, but nothing happens. And no LED lights come on when I plug the phone into a charger.

see if your carrier can help you first and if doesnt work contact lg again and do allover but dont mention the camera glass issue, just send the phone for review and repair
