Phone wont boot

My incredible said low memory, so I shut it off and turned it back on, now the phone wont boot up it just keeps going from htc screen to verizon screen and keeps cycling that way. anyone have any suggestions?

Pull the battery, wait a minute, put it back in. Still no go? Call CS or take it to a store. Good luck!
