phone wont come on, blue light, how can i access my text messages

i downloaded some apps and now my phone won't turn back on, blue light. is there a way to retrieve my texts thru another vehicle. was finally able to put some of my contacts on labtop. some pics, but ihave alot of pictures and info in my text messages. any way to transfer over to labtop without my phone coming back on.

Your messages are on the phone, it's dead, s no there isn't a way. Perhaps we can help with the phone? Can you tell us in detail about the phone? Make, mode OS, has it been a problem recently before it failed? Do you have any idea what may have caused the failure?

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you install these apps from -- the Play Store or somewhere else?

First, try pressing and holding Power and Vol Down for about 20 seconds. Then see if you're able to boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-29236
