Phone won't connect to home Wi-Fi but will connect to everyone else's

[Android Central Question]

Okay I have the Galaxy s9 first off ... when I leave my apartment I can connect to everybody else's Wi-Fi McDonald's the library but when I come home it won't connect it just started about a month ago when the power went out I don't know if it tricked everything or not but we only have one modem in the entire apartment and it's d apartment complexes really don't know who to call my cell phone provider or the complex but this is troubling
