Phone won't send video messages

Up until a couple of days ago I could send video messages on my S7 Edge. I don't know what I did, but now I can't send them. I have not done any updates. Anyone know what I did and how I can fix it????

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by video messages? Are you using Hangouts? MMS via the stock Messaging app? Video Calling using the Phone app?
