Phone won't show 12 hour clock

I have a galaxy 5s.

It was just reset & now won't show 12 hour clock, even though I've unchecked 24 hour clock everywhere I can fine.

I'm running beautiful widgets & fancy widgets.

Have you tried a Power Off and Restart after changing the setting?
If so, boot into Safe Mode, to test whether a third-party app is causing trouble.

I am on the run. I tried powering off and powering on. Still no 12 hour clock.

I do see the 12 hour clock on my lock screen and on my status bar. Just not on my beautiful widget.

I had my phone reset this morning, but no new apps. It was working before I went to the Sprint store this morning.

Will try safe mode later.
