Phone wont stay in 4G

Just got my DC tonight and charged it up and have been messing with everything getting everything set up the way it should and I noticed my phone was in 3G, I thought that was weird as sitting in my bedroom I always have 4G but after installing something it prompted to reboot my phone and when it came on 4G was back so I thought nothing of it, well after a bit I noticed it again and after a reboot it was back in 4G, it did it 1 more time after that (few mins ago) and I rebooted ** well in the time it took to write this it lost 4G again and I had to reboot**

Is there an issue with the phone and the 4G connection? Anyway to find out if there were 4G issues tonight?

well I have zero 4G now on my phone but if I put my sim card back in my TB I have 4G on that
