Phone won't update to lollipop.

I received a notification for an update about three weeks ago I go to update the phone. After its downloaded it says it can't install. Ever since my phones baseband version/ null imei. I'm also receiving a notification saying Se for android has been turned off, I click on the notification it restarts my phone while it's restarting it shows the android dude and says installing updates. It does that for a few seconds then restarts. The update doesn't install before it restarts.

flashing by odin then phone is run

The imei is still null after flashing it using odin
