16GB LG G3 only has 2GB of RAM. The 32GB LG G3 has 3GB.

I just know an Android cell phone from Asus has 4GB RAM.

8GB is too radical, flagship devices will use 4GB RAM next year, that's relatively reasonable.

But one day, we'll consider a phone with 16GB useless. (Remember, DOS ran in 1MB, and CP/M ran nicely in 32KB [it even ran in 8KB, but not as nicely].) Time does indeed march on.
