"PhoneSoap"

That's an absurd comment.
No its not. I understand that you're simply scared of triggering an exacerbation of your illness. What we're trying to say is that you are being scammed into thinking that the product helps, when in fact it's not doing any difference at all from simply keeping your hands clean.

You can't use that every time you take a call. Also considering the proximity our phones always have to our persons, whatever flora that managed to grab onto the phone are flora that we are exposed to at the moment. The phone may be clean but they would also be in our clothes and hands.

It may be giving you peace of mind, but it's not really making a difference. It's a placebo. They're selling you snake oil.

Once you touch the device again and it's back in the real world - so back in contact with air, etc. it's a simple principle of sanitation. Something is only clean until it comes into contact with a non-sterile environment, such as everything outside the sterile field.

I have a degree in Biology.

Maybe next you should buy and Autoclave to make sure your silverware is sterilized, you know because other people have eaten with them?

That's what the sterilize feature on a dishwasher is for

Heck why not just install some UTC lights all over your home, because if you think you are helping yourself by just cleaning your phone you have another thing coming! Give your head a shake and go back to your bubble.

I have Multiple Sclerosis. Do you know what a stomach virus or the flu would do to me? Of course you don't. It appears to be beyond your grasp to think there may be someone out there that might have different needs than your own. You seem to see things in black and white...no middle ground. No one thinks that cleaning one's cell phone would eliminate all germs from your life but there is a very good chance it would certainly help. And yes, I'm one of those weirdos that wipe the Walmart cart handle with the provided wipes. How stupid on their part! If more people got colds, the flu or stomach virus, they'd sell more medicine. I (not as often as I should) wipe the steering wheel of my car. I have Tapmasters (turning on/off water with the press of my toe against a plate attached to the toekick) installed at all the sinks in my home. Not only is it uber convenient and increases workflow, but it prevents cross contamination with things that can cause food poisoning and other illnesses. Hospitals must consider this important since they use them as well. And the best line of defense, I wash my hands several times a day. I'm not a "germaphobe". I'm practicing common sense!

If you have children, I feel sorry for them, because paranoid germaphobes like yourself that feel the need to sterilize your cell phone, are the same people that have kids with massive allergies, because they are pampered and babied and not given the chance to build up an immune system.

Oh for the love of Pete! I hope you're not teaching your children (provided you have any) to be as rude!

I don't recall my reply having your name in the quote....So I am not sure why you are quoting my reply to cyberdman as if I was directing it at you.
And those above are correct. Your phone is a bacteria SESS POOL as soon as you touch it again. It's sad that you believers in this crap are filling the pockets of these thieves at PHONE SOAP
