Photo Editing: light and shadows

Hi. I was wondering if there's a feature in pixel that let's you "move" the light source around after a photo has been taken. I sort of remember ads where they were changing the way the shadow is cast on a photo that was already taken but I'm not sure where to find that. One would think it's under Tools but it's not. The only options there are magic eraser, unblur, portrait blur, sky (this isn't it) and color focus. I'm pretty sure it was a pixel thing (or was it samsung?) Thanks for any help.

Is it portrait light? You can move the light source around using that...?
