Is there a way to zoom in on a photo from the gallery and save the zoomed-in image?

I use QuickPic which has cropping and other simple editing capabilities and is a pretty capable gallery replacement.

I use Picsart. Amazing photo-editing options, especially for a free app. The only thing I can't find is the ablity to save a zoomed in image. It's funny.. my Samsung rogue had this built-in feature.
