I like the photo editor that comes with my new samsung galaxy note 5 how do I access it directly only sometimes when I'm finished editing I see it says saved to DCIM? If I go to my gallery open the picture tap Edit I have certain choices limited however sometimes I get more choices such as making the eyes bigger slimming the face down blurring the background etc. Why do I have these choices sometimes and sometimes I don't when editing photo?
