Looking for a photo editing app that will allow me top crop pictures using the S pen on my note 9. I want it to be more accurate than using a typical square or circle to crop. Thanks in advance!

Copy the picture to a PC, then open it in Paint.net and edit it. The Lasso can fit to any shape, and you have the stability of a mouse.

You can do that with the built-in Photo Editor or using 'Smart Select' from your S-Pen menu.
