Photo Streaming

I have to admit that photo streaming in IOS is pretty cool. If you take a picture with your iPhone it shows up on your tablet. However, I prefer Android phones and would like to know if Android has anything like this?

I know if you have a Google+ account that you can have photos you take automatically upload to Google+ (which I think then automatically puts it on Picasa). So you will have access to your photos on other devices. Also, if you have a Dropbox account there is an option to have photos automatically upload to your dropbox account. Thus, you will have access to the photos on other devices, as well.
