Photon memory issue?

Would anyone who has the photon please check your total internal memory. Mine only shows 8.91gb and should show 16gb per mfg! Have reset and still does not show advertised 16gb.

Im pretty sure that I read they alocate half for the OS and apps. So you should only see about 8 gigs of storage.

Ok but for a total sbouldnt it read 16. And avaiable whatever is left?

What o am looking for is someone who has it to check theirs and look at total and available on internal storage. Thanks

Mine says 8.92 Total. 8.91 available. I read somewhere its the motoblur and software that takes up half and it doesnt show in the total.

Ok thanks alot for looking. Mine reads 8.91 and 8.90. It just seems it would show totals correctly, wouldnt you?
