Photos/Albums re-appearing after deletion

Odd as this may sound, when I delete an album it then re appears again.. I'm wondering if this could have something to do with the "quick pic" app..

Anyone?

May be related... When I remove an image from the Highlights album it eventually returns. I've been forced to make my own album for use as my lock-screen photo album.

Perhaps you are also attempting to alter an album the Sense skin or Android want to control?
