Photos lost during transfer to computer
I tried to transfer photos from my Samsung Galaxy Tab S SD Card to my PC through a USB connection but lost them. The original folder structure on the SD Card was: SD Card > Photos > Photos Monday, Photos Tuesday, etc.
These are the steps I took:
1. Connected Tab S to computer with USB lead.
2. Opened SD Card folder "Photos" on Tab S on desktop.
3. Created new folder "Photos D" within SD Card folder "Photos".
4. Moved all folders containing photos to folder "Photos D".
5. Dragged & dropped folder "Photos D" to desktop.
When I opened the folder on the desktop the photos had disappeared:
On the tablet, in SD Card > Photos, all the folders, Photos Monday, Photos Tuesday, etc are still there but are empty.
On the desktop, in "Photos D", all the folders, Photos Monday, Photos Tuesday, etc are there but are empty.
Where are they and can I retrieve them.
Thanks, Doug
