Photos not available in Messages.

When I open the Messages app and press the add attachment plus sign photos are no longer listed as an option to send. Anyone have a fix for this? I have a Pixel 2.

Hit the camera button beside it. It takes you to gallery.

Thanks Kirk, actually once in camera you have to swipe it out of the way to get to the gallery. I kept seeing just the camera and it was driving me nuts.

Funny. When I opened mine I had a square for the live picture I could take, a square for my gallery and then another square that showed my most recent picture that I had taken.
