Photos received in BBM are black, but I can still send photos?

Hi help me please I can receive pictures threw bbm on my s4 but it wont receive the picture come and when I open its just black help plzzzz

Are you seeing any status or error messages when you should be receiving the pictures?

No it says file received but when I open it its just black when I save it the picture the picture looks like a contact with a light bulb on the top right side thanks for the fast reply

No it receives but files blank if save it comes up with a contact picture with a lightning bulb
