I took this a few nights ago but I'm not too happy with it. The camera exaggerated the sky. The sky was blue and there was the tiniest cloud in the sky just above the mountains that was orange and yet the whole sky looks orange.
Any advice on how to avoid this or is this just how bad this camera is on the Note 10+? Photo Mode.

pro or staandard mode?
It set in photo mode with no other settings applied. That's what it was set on when I opened the camera app and I just left it at that. Again, the sky wasn't orange but it is in the picture.
I asked because on Pro Mode, my screen looks vastly different than the output. haven't figured out what's wrong yet so haven't used it. your image looks very similar to what I get in Pro Mode even though what I see is perfect in camera.
Have you taken the recent camera update? Also, try clearing the camera cache.
I usually carry my Nikon camera with me in the car and take a shot on it as well as the phone so I can see how badly the Note 10+ changed the scene but I didn't this time.
A few weeks ago, I took another sunset picture and again it made the sky so orange it was ridiculous.
