I don't. I found it by a local highschool's botanical gardens on my morning pupper's walk so I bet I could find out. I think all the plants in the garden are designed to make a Monarch Butterfly waypoint....so the plant probably has some significance to that.

Indeed. I googled "milkweed" the plant looked similar. It had large pods that the fluffy seeds were coming out of. Good find!
