Another non-bike ride to Discovery Park. A temporary handicapped permit allows one to drive down to the beach! Moody clouds although it was sunny when I left my house about five miles away. This was the first time I heard the Fog Horn in any of my trips to the park. (Background info: https://lighthousefriends.com/light.asp?ID=33 )

That looks delicious!
It was a relatively simple but tasty meal. I'm just getting the hang of sous vide "cooking."

The basic premise, for those new to the concept, is that the food gets cooked at the proper temperature in a water bath and can be kept that way for a while as the cooking stops and holds that temp. Then you can finish it off by searing in a pan or under the broiler to add the charred essence. I overdid the scallops last night. But one scallop escaped my notice and was in the bag when I was cleaning up. It was excellent as is. I've done lamb chops and lobster tails, too.

I just wanted to advertise the charms of Seattle on a clear and cold morning. While taken with the Pixel Fold, the TV station brings you the image this morning.

Hey, someone's got to keep this thread alive with Fold pictures!!!!
