Pics are awesome but man .. I am more jealous of that pool right now (versus this damn office) lol :P.

Outside my office it is 35F, raining, and there is about 2 feet of snow on the ground.

Any tips taking photos that are against the light? Like taking a photo of someone with the beach as a background? Would love to see some of that. Also the photos look stunning. Thanks for sharing.
Use an app that can hold focus and exposure. Set the focus to automatic. Expose on your hand, or on their clothing, whichever you prefer. Step back to where you want the picture taken from and take it. (I think Ansel Adams invented that in the early part of the 20th century.)
