Photos taken with the S8 / S8 +

Can anyone help me with a query please. When trying to share a photo from the gallery on my s8 I noticed that it auto enhances the photo as soon as I press the share icon. It ups the saturation on the photo before it sends it to an app. I want to turn this off but don't know how. If I edit a photo I don't want the phone to auto edit it as I send it. Any ideas? Thanks.

I tested the camera out tonight after dinner and it did great in low-light. I tweaked the Iso and Apeture a bit so it took some work. With a tri-pod, I could've brought in more light, but whatever.
