Blur is usually the result of slow shutter speed, and cameras typically reduce the shutter speed to increase exposure before turning up the ISO because it results in better image quality.

What kind of shutter speeds are you seeing? If you view image details in gallery you can find it.

Then the forum compresses the image as well so it actually looks better on my PC and phone.
