Took some pictures yesterday while down town. Hopefully they are good but the camera did say it was greenery & flowers. Didn't choose any different modes.

That's what I'm talking about. I will have my new P20 in 2 days. I bought it mostly for low light shots...amazing. Thanks.

I'm so jealous. How's the battery life overall?
It's been pretty fantastic. Had days with over 10hrs screen time, and days with less where I went to sleep with 50% battery and an estimated 23hrs battery life remaining.

Just lovely. I'm waiting for the Pixel 3 before I make a decision.

ya it's crazy past two days when i do a full charge around 9pm and just leave my phone for the next day it goes from 100% to 97% when i wake up at 6am. Only 3 % of the battery was used how crazy is that.

Consider the Mate 20 too, similar launch time to the Pixel 3 but should be even better, Kirin 980 will be the world's first 7nm mobile chipset. Kirin 970 with the new GPU Turbo tech launched on the Honor Play is beating the SD845 in app launch speeds and in gaming frame rates.

Battery life is definitely one of the best if not the best out there. 5 hour Wifi calling nonstop+5 hour screen on time (calling while browsing at the same time) and can still have 50% left.

Btw P20, P20 Pro, Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and a bunch of Honor phones are getting this tech as well through updates.

This looks great. I'm looking into this phone, and shoot raw a lot on my current Note 8. Are there any downsides to shooting raw on the P20pro? Are there any modes or settings that don't work? I know some settings utilize multi-lens at the same time, I would assume those wouldn't work when shooting raw?
Shooting raw is pro mode only and it uses the signal from the 40mp sensor.
No optical zoom and not fancy processing modes because its RAW.

Man, I thought you would at least be able to choose which lens to use, there's no reason to not be able to just because it's raw. I was hoping for raw b&w photos.
