photos won't download to pc .

can't download to pc after latest android update. photos on w10 just keeps looping saying driver error on s6

When you plug in and swipe down the notification panel, tap the USB icon and make sure it's set to MTP. Also, go to Windows Update and make sure the system is up to date. mtp didn't work but set to non mtp and it worked for 5 secs then packed up ?

up to date too. tried the s6 on my old w7 laptop no problem there

crazy I plugged into a different USB port and it's fine now ! wonder why . thanks for help Diddy
