Physical button on the rear of tablet

someone could explain me what is the functionality of that button on the rear of tablet?

It is a round button of the same color of the tablet, 1.5 cm of diameter.
I pressed it but nothing happened and I have no idea of what it can do.

These circular plastic pieces on the back actually are not buttons, they're screwed to the LCD frames and fit two holes of the back cover.
I guess they make the back cover more stable.Depending on the model, they'll be white or brown.

Those buttons are used to wrap the tab with book cover.

The Samsung cover has two small protruding nubs that lock into those indentations on the back of the 10.5. This keeps the cover firmly locked to the Tab S.
